With its unique, patented spray system, UNISPRAY has been able to gain a foothold on European and world markets in a short period of time, enabling us to create a suitable greasing unit for every situation. This market is constantly changing and we are able to respond promptly, adequately and efficiently due to many years of experience in the bakery business. As you can see on the world map, our machines are used in many different countries.

The simple construction of the greasing units ensures that maintenance and the likelihood of breakdown are minimal. We have succeeded in integrating this spray system in a stainless steel construction, creating a hygienic spray system with a highly favourable price/quality ratio. All these points contribute to an advantageous working atmosphere on the workfloor.

All the greasing units produced by UNISPRAY are suitable for spraying various release agents. The product to be sprayed can be supplied by means of a pressure tank, a pump or directly from the container. The emergence of the more oily release agents with a lower viscosity requires a fine nozzle capable of spraying this oil at low air pressure (80 mbar = 0.08 bar). The concept with which UNISPRAY works has led to a significant reduction in pollution caused by the so-called overspray in artisanal and industrial bakeries alike. This means that bakers can conform with the requirements set within governmental HACCP guidelines. The hygienic conditions around the greasing unit have therefore been improved. The result is a reduction in the use of release agent, a cleaner working area in the bakery and lower cleaning costs.
